Pricing

Pricing

We base all of our pricing on time, and each of our stylists have a different hourly rate. We use a system to determine what level a stylist is. Levels one and two are going to have a lower price range than a level three. For first time clients we recommend booking at least a 45 min appointment, if the appointment ends up taking longer or shorter, we change it at checkout and the price follows. 

Levels of Stylists

Levels

At our salon we have levels one, two, and three stylists. What level a stylist is depends on how long they have been behind the chair, how much experience they have, and how much continuing education they have behind their licensure. This does not mean a level 1 is less "talented" or "able", it just means they are emerging into their career and they offer a more budget-friendly price point. Color Appointments

COlor

Before booking a color appointment we require a prior 15 min, free, color consultation with the stylist you are wanting to book with. We implemented this policy to reduce miscommunication between client and stylist. Consultation allows our stylists to see and touch your hair, discuss the end result, and go over any possible issues. Once you have had your consult, we can book you for a color appointment. Clients are unable to book color appointments (appoinments longer than 90 mins) online, so please call to book or do it in the salon after your consult. 

Parking

We do not have a parking lot. If you have any further questions about parking downtown, please refer to the Downtown Boone Parking page on our website. 

Snow

Snow Days

We are located in Boone, snow is expected. We do not close for snow, unless circumstances absolutely require it. 99% of the time we will remain open and taking clients! We still uphold our cancellation policy, and expect our clients to let us know 24h in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling due to weather. So please keep weather in mind when booking during the colder months!

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 Hour cancellation policy. We ask that clients respect this by communicating the need for a reschedule or cancellation before the 24h period before your appointment. If you are unable to cancel/ reschedule before the 24h period, we will charge:

$25- for appointments 60 mins or shorter.

$100- for appointments longer than 60 mins.

We respect our clients time just as much as our stylists, so this is to ensure that stylists are getting paid for their time.
